The original and authentic Mansfield Mind Body and Spirit Show
Established in 1992

One of the most popular features of the Original Mansfield Mind, Body, and Spirit Show is the music. The opening drumming session draws a large following. Visitors from across the region seize the opportunity to join in with around two hundred fellow drummers. The style is mainly shamanic, although Jason Sewell guides participants to connect with the vibes through a more blended approach, encouraging drummers to follow the rhythms. This provides drummers with the chance to bring their drums and participate in a wonderful opportunity to connect with nearly two hundred others.

The opening drumming ceremony is a central and well-established part of the Original Mansfield Mind, Body and Spirit Show. Many people carry the memory of these drumming sessions home as a lasting, wonderful experience. For many, the drumming session is therapeutic; it clears the mind, heals the body, and revitalises the spirit. That’s why drumming sessions both open and close the show. Many believe that these sessions have the most cleansing effect on the event and help dispel negative energies. It’s almost as if the drumming draws happiness, security, health, wealth, and prosperity to the event.

If you are a shamanic drummer, bring your drums to the Original Mansfield Show and join the opening session. Participate in the opening ritual. If you’re not a drummer, it’s still worth visiting the show to immerse yourself in the sessions. Drums are also available for participation. Being in the right atmosphere can uplift the spirit. Many attendees recognise the vibrational healing aspects of the session and regard them as essential to their experience. They will enjoy the moment and carry the memories home. Why not take part in the drumming sessions?

Singing Bowls

Dave Mitchell will guide the audience through various aspects of Tibetan singing bowls. These bowls play a significant role in spiritual practices. How could they not? Their history and use date back hundreds, if not thousands, of years. There are many benefits to experiencing the vibrational sounds emitted by singing bowls.

Singing bowls can be used for cleansing, harmonising rooms and spaces, and calling in the essence of spiritual development. Like many spiritual tools, singing bowls are an essential part of the puzzle. Sound and vibrational therapy is a recognised aspect of our work and should not be overlooked.

Singing bowls can cleanse crystals and shamanic tools. They can also be used as standalone harmonic instruments. David will cover some of these aspects of singing bowls in his presentation, and undoubtedly, there will be much more to learn.
