Thank you for your support and the amazing effort you put into this show. To re-establish is a show takes hard work and faith. There is no doubt you all had both of these in mind when you came to the show. The key is that you won the hearts of visitors, and this will benefit everyone who exhibits at this great event for years to come.
Dedicated Interest and Enthusiasm
Here are a few points about the weekend.
- Visitor numbers doubled on both Saturday and Sunday from the previous show. Everyone who attended the previous show commented that they could really feel and appreciate the increase in visitor attendance.
- The atmosphere and visitors‘ feedback were absolutely superb. The show had a real buzz. Visitors were very aware of this, and we know that if an event is working, the venue resonates with those in attendance.
- We had a record number of two-day ticket sales. Usually there is a three-to-one ratio. For every three-day ticket sold, one weekend ticket is purchased. In this instance, the ratio was one-to-one! Signifying that the event has plenty to see and enjoy, far more than a one-day ticket could accommodate. This shows that the incentive of excellent talks and sixty exhibitors strongly appeals to visitors.
- The two-for-one sales tickets were an outstanding success, and we will continue with this formula until the show is firmly re-established. We must continue this promotion to increase awareness of the Mansfield Mind Body and Spirit SHOW. Therefore, we will distribute the two-for-one tickets more widely, at more retail outlets, and for a longer period in the run-up to both Mansfield Mind Body and Spirit SHOWs next year. The objective is three months of prior promotion.
- The promotion leading up to the show was an absolute winner. We will lead with this even more for all Mansfield MBS SHOWS organised by LizianEvents. The social media campaign was 101% successful. Almost every visitor confirmed they had seen the social media posts. Daily reels, posts, stories, and extensive sharing paid dividends. Staying far from AI-produced imagery truly made us stand out from the crowd. Watch out for more intensive output in this direction. Of course, you will see LizianEvents human-made reels and human-written bulletins establishing our identity, not AI-constructed, all-too-similar adverts.
- Exhibitor feedback was more than promising, and they are firmly committed to the Mansfield Mind Body and Spirit SHOW. This is a real winner and confirms we are taking the show in the right direction. I know some did not fare as well as others. But in conversations with many exhibitors, they see the vast potential in The Mansfield Mind Body and Spirit SHOW. One consistent observation is that the saturated market is causing them problems. I have a simple answer: LizianEvents isn’t interested in the strong tide of events. We will continue to establish our unique mark on the shows we organise. Those who choose to bond and grow strong with fellow exhibitors and choose where they attend with care will reap the harvest of their endeavours. Our success depends on large venues with superb facilities and on encouraging a substantial number of exhibitors to join a strong community. Our stand prices have stayed low and without increase for some time. The entry fee at the door is low and, in our mind, affordable. The events business faces difficult times ahead. The issue isn’t poor economic growth; it’s saturation in every genre. Without doubt, many exhibitors (in every genre of commercial event) will become physically, emotionally, and financially exhausted due to the present state of play.
- Finally: We have built strong awareness among visitors that we intend to promote and elevate this event as a premier Mind Body and Spirit SHOW, recognised as a go-to event in 2027. We look forward to building heightened awareness of all LizianEvents shows in 2027. We will explore every platform, and daily awareness is a certainty.
