Short Business Description Hi,welcome to Yoga with Lauren. You will currently find me teaching yoga online via zoom.
What you can expect from my class is clear guidance with a focus on tuning into our inner experience and use of the breath to connect with the body.
Long Business Description Each Tuesday evening I teach a vinyasa yoga 1hr class - 6:30-7:30pm - a zoom link is emailed to you
Cost per class is £5
All levels are welcome
I am a trauma-informed yoga teacher and have experience of working with a wide range of students.
