“We specialise in adapting Yoga, meditation and other therapies to meet your individual needs. Whether you are someone who is a beginner or more experienced, part of a community or have health and wellbeing needs, The Body & Mind Place is there to support you.
Join our community in our purpose-made room in the relaxed surroundings of Wellingore Hall, 10 miles south of Lincoln, with majestic views of the garden and park. Make use of the opportunity to take yourself away from your busy life and relax and recuperate in these beautiful surroundings.
You do not need any previous experience of Yoga. We are there to help you through your journey.
