Next Market 5 + 6 June 2021
The Lincolnshire Well Being Market
The Epic Centre
Lincolnshire Show Ground
85+ Community Members
40+ Presentations and Talks
8 Streamed Presentations
We now run-up to the Lincolnshire Well Being Market. And we will be publishing information every day about this event. The interest is phenomenal, and everyone can expect an extraordinary event.
The choice is to use four of the talk rooms and run five talks each day from each room. This will provide a 40 talk schedule. On top of this, we will run four streamed lectures each day from a studio set up in one of the spare talk rooms.
The streams have proven to be incredibly successful. The streams have exceeded our best expectations. Having achieved a reach of 3000+ and an unknown organic reach, it is fair to write, everyone who recorded a live stream will have benefitted. One presenter has reported that she has made bookings due to taking part in the first stream program.
We have invested a substantial amount of money in new streaming equipment. The intention is to make video streams a valuable asset for participating Community. And post stream editing will mean presenters can use recordings made at the events on their websites, social media pages, and anywhere else they promote their work. And, of course, the asset is free to Community Members.
The Lincolnshire Well Being Market will be another stepping stone for the Community’s events, and as you will see from the list below, many new names are wishing to become part of the Well Being Brand. With new Community Members travelling from South London: North Yorkshire: Newcastle on Tyne: Wales: Norwich, the breadth of our reach is growing.
As is the Visitor base! With the Newark Well Being Market attracting people from York, Leeds, Manchester, Oxford, Cambridge, London, and nearer cities Nottingham (of course!) Leicester, Coventry and Bedford.
Although we are not complacent, we have lost fourteen months of traction, and there is plenty of headway to reclaim. But the Community Exhibitors have made an incredible start to reestablishing their Well Being Presence. No doubt we can build on this lead and attract more like-minded people to the events. The list below is sixty confirmed Community Exhibitors, and we have a further 40 booking forms awaiting return. So the event looks very healthy and viable.
Ian will be presenting FaceBook lives on Mondays and Wednesdays up until the event. He will be talking to attending Community members about their work. And if they are presenting talks, viewers will gain an insight into the content of the lecture.
All daily posts will be centred on the 5 + 6 June Lincolnshire Well Being Market.
The booking situation is very healthy: with 60 attending Community confirmed and approximatly 30 booking forms awaiting return.
The talk schedule will be set at 20 talks each day (40 total for the weekend) and there wil be 8 streamed presenations.
Visitor interest is high and pre-event ticket sales are healthy.
Daily LizianEvents News articles will be foceuused on the Lincolnshire Well Being Market right up until the event weekend.
Ian will host pre-show Facebook Lives on Mondays and Wednesdays and he will be in conversation with attending Community Exhibitors.
