You can enjoy the talks in a relaxed and comfortable space, with ample seating for over 250 people in 3 talks & workshop rooms, and good disabled access.
We pride ourselves on being a one-stop shop for information on courses, workshops, centres, development classes, groups and individual therapists, healers and teachers in and around the area.
If this is your first visit to The Mansfield Show, our stallholders and speakers will offer you a warm welcome, and there will always be someone available to guide you through the vast array of therapies, treatments, and options on offer. We look forward to meeting you.

Why We Invested in the Mansfield MBS Show
Anyone involved in the events business knows that it’s a straightforward task to rent a venue, inform a few or a large number of people about your show, do some advertising, and hope that the event will be successful. As many of you are aware, hundreds or even thousands of pounds can be lost by all parties involved if the event does not take off.
People need to have faith in your work and your ability to organise an event. It is essential to recognise that the events industry is challenging, particularly when emotions are involved. One must adopt a business-minded approach and possess a thorough understanding of how events function.
Some events primarily take place as social gatherings, while others blend sound business practices with immense enjoyment for all involved. It centres around evolution and trial and error. Nonetheless, the key factor is that everyone participating must be committed to ensuring the long-term success of the event.
Lizian Events has experienced tremendous success over the past decade. We have developed the Lincolnshire, Newark, and Newcastle Wellbeing Shows into recognised Wellbeing brand experiences. Other organisers have adopted the name Well Being, and some have attempted to imitate the format. While a few have succeeded, others have realised how challenging it is to make a show successful. Indeed, despite our efforts to promote and market the Staffordshire Well Being Show, we were unable to attract a sufficient number of visitors to the event. As many of you know, we incurred significant financial losses in our efforts to make Staffordshire viable. The venue was fantastic, the logistics were top-notch, and the attending community is outstanding. While we strive to identify a reason for the show not gaining traction, we have yet to find a solution.
All our community members know that we prefer a limited number of shows. We aim to feature a significant number of community exhibitors and work throughout the year to ensure that enough people are aware of the events to achieve reasonable success for all community exhibitors. This policy has paid off; the shows have an excellent reputation and are regarded as premier from the perspective of community exhibitors. We had no intention of changing this policy with the Well Being Brand. Many are aware that we have adhered to the brand and its principles for the past decade.
Sometimes Opportunity Comes Along:
In late April, Eric Henderson, the organiser of the renowned and long-standing Mansfield Mind, Body, and Spirit Show, contacted us to inquire if we would be interested in purchasing his event. As this was our last show as exhibitors, we appreciate how popular and well-established it has become. Indeed, the Mansfield Mind, Body, and Spirit Show has been held for many years and has hosted over 50 events.
We considered the opportunity viable, and more importantly, we recognised that the groundwork had already been laid, making the event well-established. In discussions with Eric, we made it clear that we did not wish to alter the format in any way. Indeed, it would not be very reasonable to think we would retain the visitor base if the event became a Well-Being Show.
There is only one Mansfield Mind, Body, and Spirit Show, and as the new custodians, we have no intention of straying from the successful format. Naturally, some may choose to stop attending the event, which is perfectly acceptable and entirely understandable. However, our fellow exhibitors will benefit, as Eric has a substantial waiting list of those eager to take part in this fantastic event. This will attract new and interesting individuals to the already significant visitor base.
For all of you continuing with the event, you can rest assured of long-term stability. You will benefit from the extensive LizianEvents database, and as residents of the Mansfield area, you can trust us to execute Eric’s intensive local promotions.
