The Newark Well Being Show, held over the weekend of 6th and 7th September, proved to be an overwhelming success. Blessed with glorious weather, the event attracted a steady stream of visitors eager to experience what the show had to offer.
Community is at the heart of the event. From the moment the doors opened, a vibrant atmosphere filled the venue. Community members came together to showcase their talents and offerings, ranging from holistic therapies and creative workshops to inspiring talks. The variety of presentations meant there was truly something for everyone, whether they were seeking to learn, relax, or connect.
Talks and Experiences One of the show’s highlights was its diverse programme of talks. Experts and practitioners covered topics from mindfulness and meditation to nutrition and lifestyle. These sessions received enthusiastic feedback, with many visitors commenting on the positive impact and practical advice they gained. A Positive Atmosphere.
