The Yoga Studio
We have been privileged to have Philip Burgess participate in The Well Being Brand Shows for the past five years. He has established a wonderful niche at these events. However, many people practising yoga do not know how the sessions are organised.

Why do we have a Yoga Studio?
Because our events focus on Well Being, the goal is to bring together every aspect of becoming a ‘Well Being’. Liz and Ian are fully aware that, to make the show successful, there must be a diverse community of exhibitors. We also see Yoga, with its strong connection to wellbeing, as part of the event. It is as simple as this: Those interested can attend the Well Being Show, pay a small entry fee, and join every session at no additional cost.

The Yoga Studio is separate from the main show floor, so you are fully immersed in the Yoga experience. We are aware that many yoga followers are sceptical about having a yoga studio at any event that is not dedicated solely to yoga. Therefore, it is time to answer some questions and dispel a few concerns. Those who love yoga and have read this article should know there is no charge for the sessions. Philip’s sessions include mats and headrests, and he holds professional and nationally recognised instructor qualifications.

Well-established yoga practitioners and novices are welcome to attend each session. There is no pressure to wear specialist clothing; even those who prefer to be seated will find a place at each session.

The benefits of each session will be acknowledged by every student, no matter their experience. All are welcome, and students are sure to be in a safe and understanding environment.

And the sessions are fantastic, with feedback at 101%! Philip embodies his beliefs and way of life. I cannot think of anyone who could run the Yoga Studio better.
