Liz Clark – Sunday Bulletin

A few words from me today:

Well, bookings are healthy for the shows and enquiries for 2020 coming in too.  We receive 2-3 enquiries a day about joining the Community and standing at LizianEvents shows.  Each enquiry is replied to and booking forms and relevant information sent to the interested parties.  Our priority is to receive completed booking forms to secure a place – there is no immediate financial obligation when booking with LizianEvents, invoices are sent out in due course and Community Members have the opportunity of paying in three staged payments for each show.  We don’t ask for 50% upon booking, as we appreciate that this could be a prohibitive factor for some Community Members.  

Once a booking is confirmed, the process of promotion begins with the creation of show listings, talk schedules, publishing of Community Profile.  We firmly believe in promotion and marketing and LizianEvents News is the vehicle we use.  Community Members are invited to contribute articles and posts for publication on LizianEvents News and with growing numbers of visitors to LEN its of benefit to the individual Community Member to take advantage of all the services available. 

We believe in growing the shows, and our commitment means that stand prices have not increased since 2017, and we pledge that we will maintain the current prices until the end of 2020.  It’s worth noting that LizianEvents stand prices are below the average stand prices for other similar size shows.  

With three prestigious venues and 7 shows a year we work 365 days a year to promote and raise awareness for the benefit of all.  We’re seeing new visitors at each event and show on show numbers are growing.  This is a testament to the quality of Community Members – all knowledgable and experienced in their chosen field. 

An important aspect of the shows is the talk programme, visitor feedback has shown this to be a popular part of events.  Presenting a talk is an opportunity for the Community to share their knowledge, inform visitors and increase interest in their products and services., everyone who books to stand is offered the opportunity to present a talk.

We believe in giving everybody every opportunity to grow their business, from joining the Facebook Group and sharing ideas, thoughts and concepts to booking and standing at the shows, LizianEvents are a community-driven organisation.
