There are plenty of reasons to attend the wonderful Well Being Weekend event. The Newark Well Being Show started from small beginnings, but in 2024, it has grown to be on par with any other event of this kind in the UK. There is so much to experience during this show. From retail to holistic healing and therapies, visitors can expect a weekend filled with holistic happiness. More than seventy community exhibitors will be present, and there will be a whole weekend of enlightening talks and presentations. And, of course, the renowned Yoga Studio is one of the top attractions.
The community-driven events offer a one-of-a-kind experience. It’s almost impossible to find a better opportunity to meet and connect with such a wonderful mix of knowledgeable experts in the field of well-being. With nearly 70 community exhibitors, this event provides unparalleled access to holistic health and well-being experts gathered under one roof.
For just five pounds per day or eight pounds for the whole weekend, enjoy free unlimited parking, talks and presentations, good food, children’s activities, a small stage, and music and meditations.

The September 2023 show was a huge success, with hundreds of visitors attending the event. It was an amazing experience that can only be described as brilliant! People travelled from all over the UK, as far afield as Newcastle, London, Oxford, Kent and Wales, which is a great testimony to the community. Our events are well-known for promoting well-being and happiness, and the 10 + 11 February event will not disappoint. Visitors can look forward to the best talks and presentations and top UK exhibitors promoting well-being. Additionally, there will be a children’s activity area, live music, yoga, tai chi, drumming, unlimited parking, and excellent facilities. With all these fantastic features, there is every reason to visit the show!

The Venue

Lady Eastwood Centre: LizianEvents Ltd

The Lady Eastwood Centre

The Lady Eastwood Centre is one of the many events venues on the Newark Show Ground’s 300+ acres. The venue is modern and built for its purpose.

Consider the fact that getting to the Newark Showground is very easy indeed. Follow the A46 toward Lincoln, and you’ll come to the Newark Showground Sign. Of course, your Sat Nav will get you to the Showground without issue.

We recently drove up from London after a business meeting. Liz and I decided to run up to Newark on the A1 to see how long the journey would take. From Hendon to Newark Show Ground took 2 hours and 10 minutes! Visitors can travel from Birmingham to the Show Ground in less than 90 minutes, and Manchester takes only two hours. This is a very accessible venue. And remember, there is no hassle with parking in a town and then walking to the venue. Plus, there is the advantage of NO parking fees. This has a distinct advantage, especially considering one-day parking is over ten pounds in most towns and cities.

Why leading with soul connects us more deeply to our personal and collective spiritual philosophy and supports the fuller/ wider potential.  Through understanding that soul is a collective and objective rather than personal energy, with a purpose of its own, we support getting out of our own way, releasing self imposed limitations and enabling us to live and create within life with a deeper, centred presence of joy and fulfilment. As energy changes and the difference between different vibrations lessens, we start to allow everything to work through us and for us in an easier, more fluid way and in a way which brings us back to the heart of our journey, which is the experience of ourselves – personally and divinely – within life

Your magical journey of discovery.
Storytelling is an ancient art that has been practiced by humans for millennia. The tarot is a personal coach in a box, depicting archetypal images,  symbols and themes that resonate with our subconscious mind. The tarot can help us to access our intuition,  imagination and emotions and reveal the hidden patterns and potentials of our lives.  Storytelling with the tarot is more than just a technique. It is a journey of self-discovery, expression and transformation. It is a way of tapping into the magic and mystery of the tarot and the stories that lie within us.

The Venue’s Assets

Food: There is a superb cafe facility at the event. We have enjoyed excellent feedback from those who use this facility without issue, with good reviews for the quality and diversity of menus. It is impossible to cover every dietary need. Therefore, those who choose to bring their food can use the dining area.

Stalls: The agreed capacity for this venue space-wise will be followed. The stall layout complies with the safety guideline agreement. But remember, the stall allocation is well below The Lady Eastwood Venue’s capacity, so ample space is available between stands.

Format: The Community Member-Exhibitors provide the Visitors with a vast range of exciting ideas, products, and holistic and alternative therapies. A Well Being Show is of a welcoming atmosphere with great vibes. Visitors can enjoy the atmosphere and talk to Community Members – exhibitors. The talk schedules are extensive and focused on well-being and differing ways to find happiness, and of course, the presentations are free to attend.
