The Metabolism Program – A Healthy and Sustainable Way to Lose Weight

It is not a diet in the traditional sense, but rather a 6-week detox program during which fat cells are opened, body fat literally melts away, and toxins are flushed out of the system.
Many participants report experiencing a boost in energy during the program and that some minor health issues resolved themselves naturally. This allows the body to reshape itself without the dreaded yo-yo effect.
The program is supported by carefully selected vital nutrients, ensuring that the body remains well-nourished and fully functional throughout the process.
In my presentation, I explain in detail how the Metabolism Program works, what you need to get started, and how I support you along the way.

Why Supplementation Is the New Necessity!

I talk to many people who want to optimise their health, and when it comes to vitamins and supplements, I often hear the same thing: “But I eat healthily!” However, when we consider that we need 5 to 8 portions of fresh fruits and vegetables every day (ideally organic) just to meet our basic nutritional needs, it quickly becomes clear that this is hard to achieve.
Today’s foods simply don’t contain the same nutrients they did years ago – in some cases, levels have dropped by up to 40%. Why is that?
Depleted soils, pesticides, fertilisers, long transport routes, and premature harvesting all take their toll on the vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients our cells so urgently need. Only when our cells are optimally nourished can our body truly “function”—just as a car needs high-quality fuel to perform at its best.
That’s why I strongly advocate for daily supplementation with essential nutrients to support the immune system, feel vibrant and energetic in daily life, and maintain long-term health as a form of prevention. In my presentation, I introduce this basic nutritional foundation and share additional tips for ageing naturally and healthily.
