The Epic Centre
The Epic Centre venue is designed as an eco-centre. Built mainly from recycled materials, heated with heat exchangers, and insulated with straw panels and a grass roof, the building fits perfectly with The Wellbeing Brand. Visitors and the Community adore the grace and space of this Epic Centre of Wellbeing. Visitors will enjoy unlimited parking and a walk of no more than a minute to the reception area.
Plans For 2026
Over the last two years, we have gained an incredible foothold in the world of the Well-Being, Mind-Body, and Spirit Show. We see the Lincolnshire Well Being Show as the UK’s premier event. For good reason, the venue is the very best, and its position in the country is central for all travellers. And of course, we have the show’s 17-year legacy. From April onwards, you will see extensive promotion of The Lincolnshire Well Being Show. The sights are firmly set on making this show the biggest in the UK.
We have a fantastic community of exhibitors. We have long-term expertise in show and event management. And we have the infrastructure to connect with many thousands of people who are interested in The Well Being Brand. After all, we created the Well Being Brand over 12 years ago at the very first Well Being Show in Market Rasen. And it has been an absolute pleasure to see the many hundreds of small events embrace the essence of our shows and use the Well Being and Wellbeing signature.
The time is now right for us to go all out to make the venue the premier centre for The Well Being Show Brand. For the two Well Being Shows running from The Lincolnshire Showground’s Epic Centre, the target is 120 community/exhibitors, 60+ talks and presentations, and Yoga workshops and sound therapy sessions. We really wish to make the mix as attractive as possible to the immense number of people who love Well Being, Mind Body, and Soul events.
Exhibiting in London and Birmingham can be an expensive proposition. Finding well-connected, centrally located venues with unlimited free parking and easy road access is also difficult. There is no driving in cities or towns, and county showgrounds are perfect for large events.
So, it is our intention to make our shows the finest of all. After all, we have a list of community/exhibitors who are experts in their fields. If you wish to visit a show with 120 community/exhibitors and 60+ talks and presentations, plus Yoga workshops, sound therapies, tens of alternative and holistic therapists and healers, and tens of holistic, alternative, and free-trade retail vendors, The Lincolnshire Well Being Show is the place to be!
The time is now right for us to go all out to make the venue the premier centre for The Well Being Show Brand.
A Superb Well Being Experience
This event is now in its eighth year. Building on humble beginnings, the Lincolnshire Well-Being Show is widely regarded as one of the finest events of its kind in the UK. Indeed, finding another show of this type is almost impossible, given the many community exhibitors. Given the extensive talk-and-presentation schedule of 60 presentations over the weekend, this Well-Being brand show should not be missed.
Facilities
The exhibition area is vast and airy, which is precisely what is required for all visitors’ security. There is unlimited outdoor space for free parking. A large catering facility and dining area make every reason to visit The Well-Being Show. You will not be concerned about the comfort of your stay. In this building, we can provide space between stands and ensure the best practices for the future safety of all participating in the event.
Six Separate Talk Rooms
The upstairs talk and presentation rooms (Yes! There is a lift) are light and airy. Each room has a large presentation screen, and many have powerful projectors. The rooms are acoustically designed for exceptional presentation clarity. Five rooms are used for talks, and the fifth can be used for Yoga or meditation. Being eco-friendly, all are warm and comfortable.

Yoga Studio
Anyone who would love to practise Yoga has a real opportunity at this event. The Epic Centre has a vast, well-appointed room dedicated to Yoga. Unique Yoga group sessions are for all: from experienced practitioners to novices, all are welcome. Philip Burgess will be running The Yoga Studio. Those who practise Yoga will love The Yoga Studio, and Philip is a remarkable man with many years of experience.
The Well Being Show
Visitors will enjoy the presence of 100+ Community Members. The vast range of products, therapies, information and spiritual counselling means a weekend of Well Being and Happiness awaits every Visitor. What is on offer? Here are a few examples:
Talk Schedule
No Well Being Show is complete without a comprehensive talk schedule. The Lincolnshire Well Being Show boasts a list of talks and presentations that surpasses any other event of its kind in the UK. The extensive talk rooms and facilities provide platforms for a wide range of lectures. Topics covered throughout the weekend include herbal remedies, pain control, meditation, yoga, and past-life regression. Many visitors attend the event specifically to hear our fantastic lineup of presenters. Daily traditional mediumistic demonstrations close the event, and the messages never fail to captivate the audience. And if you like to be involved in music, why not join Milla’s daily end-of-show drumming session?
Stage Area
Visitors love the stage area: Don and Carol Harradine demonstrate Tai Chi throughout the day, and this time we’ll enjoy belly dancing, meditation, and music. Next to the stage area is a safe, secure activity area. Children are welcome at every Well Being Event and can create to their heart’s content.
Children’s Activity Area
This weekend’s Well-Being Show will have a Children’s Activity Area. Children love to be creative; the play tables are laden with creative goodies! Creativity is the foundation of well-being! This aspect of the Well-Being Show is gaining popularity, and we are open to suggestions to improve the facility. Do you have any ideas? Use this highlighted link.

13:00 Lisa Lord -Hello Mind ~ Therapy done different
I’m here with a simple mission: to provide the genuine help and support you need to shift the blocks holding you back. My approach is what I call ‘Therapy Done Different’—we move away from endless talking and instead focus on rapid, effective change that actually sticks. As one of only 34 Accredited Trainers of Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) globally, I bring a specialised level of expertise to the show. Throughout the weekend at my stand and during my live talks, I’m offering you a front-row seat to see how this works. You’ll have the opportunity to witness—and even participate in—the Lucas Derks Social Panorama in action, a powerful tool for remapping your social blueprints and internal relationships. I’ll also be performing live IEMT demonstrations, showing you how we can update ‘stuck’ emotional memories in real-time without you ever having to dive deep into the painful details. This is a rare chance to work with a global trainer in an intimate setting, but please remember: these opportunities are first come, first served! If you want to experience this ‘different’ kind of therapy for yourself, make sure to come find me at the Hello Mind stand early.

The presentation encourages a holistic approach to wellbeing, empowering individuals to bring calm, clarity, and positive energy into their daily lives in accessible and meaningful ways.

In 2024, he launched a series of short, affordable books, priced like a cup of coffee, designed to be read in just fifteen to twenty minutes. The response to these books has been remarkable, as people purchase them for personal growth and to support friends facing various challenges. These titles address a wide range of topics, from fear of flying to weight issues, creating an awe-inspiring collection. In this talk, Peter will showcase the power of these concise books, demonstrating how short, memorable messages can foster lasting change. His books are distinctively crafted, drawing from over thirty years of professional experience. Don’t miss this insightful presentation.

12:00 Lisa Lord -Hello Mind ~ Therapy done different
This is a rare chance to work with a global trainer in an intimate setting, but please remember: these opportunities are first-come, first-served! If you want to experience this ‘different’ kind of therapy for yourself, make sure to come find me at the Hello Mind stand early.
