I have been asked to clarify how the bookings work for Well Being Brand or Pure Spirit Shows during 2022.
Booking Your Stand
Close the event or events you have interest in (all details of dates can be discovered here in LEN). Once you have decided: use the email button at the bottom of any page and show your interests. The email button goes directly to Liz and she will deal with the requests immediately.
Liz will reply and send out your booking form. For 2022 the link will be online and simple to navigate. Once you return the booking form you are booked to stand. There are NO upfront payments or deposits taken for any of our events. You will receive an invoice 30 days before the events and this must be paid within 14 days of the show.
Cancelations
Cancellations MUST be made at least 30 days before the date of the event. We operate a very fair and balanced system where every Community Member or Exhibitor has a fair number of other people selling in a similar genre of goods or services. Therefore, we ask for a commitment to stand. It is difficult to replace an exhibitor who cancels very close to the event. As we operate a fair and realistic pricing structure: late cancellations or no shows will still be liable for the booking.
Cancellation of an Event
We are in unprecedented times. NO event of any type is certain to go ahead. This is why we operate the – no deposit – no long term upfront payment system. We do not see offering alternative dates as a good option. After-all if you book for Newcastle – offering Newark is an untenable option. I have spoken to numerous exhibitors about this situation explaining my feeling it is unsafe to pay deposits or full stand fees too far ahead in time.
