Claryn Nicholas – Community Member

We welcome Claryn Nicholas to The Community. She is a highly qualified and respected health coach. I am certain Claryn will attract many Visitors to the Lincolnshire Well Being Show and we can look forward to a sparkling talk from her during the event.



I’m a certified health coach working primarily with professional women who are looking to find balance in their life and ready to make changes in order to feel healthier and happier. 

My coaching programme Calm Mind, Healthy Body incorporates four core elements of self-care practice which I have developed, and these are nourishment, physical activity, meditation, and expressing gratitude which I also practice everyday.

Having a background in nursing and health visiting, I have been privileged to work with many women and families and gained vast experience, valuable insight, great understanding and empathy of their busy and stressful lifestyles. We, women, put ourselves last on the list and at the bottom of the pile, which means there may be no time for us to do any caring for ourselves because we don’t think we’re important enough or even worthy.  Having seen many of us with this belief, it’s inspired me to reach out to you, to make you aware, understand and accept that you are important and worthy and you need to believe this. I want to encourage, motivate and instil self-belief in you to feel confident and empowered to make changes and live a life that is fulfilling on the inside and out.

Calm Mind, Healthy Body programme is based on the principles of healing and transformation. Through my own experience, I have found that in order to transform, healing must happen first. The elements self-care routines incorporated within the programme, connect and relate the body and mind with the aim of achieving a healthy balance and alignment.

  • gain more clarity and deeper understanding about yourself and your own needs.
