Hello Everyone,
I hope you have now come down to a slightly more stable mind after last weekend’s celebrations. I Have received unprecedented emails of thanks, all accompanied by requests for 2024 booking forms. I’m overwhelmed, no amazed, by the number of people who have blanket-booked 2024 events! Many are now over half subscribed. This has to bode well for 2024 and beyond.
I write without reservation that The Community’s success is a reflection of their dedication to The Well Being Brand. Ian and I have no part in the success of the shows. We organise and book the venues, but this is NOT hard work. It is a job. In the same way, we all have to work to earn a living. So, do not make the mistake of placing the onus of success on LizianEvents. The Community are The Well-Being Brand. Their growing dedication and loyalty are why ever-increasing numbers of people travel many miles to enjoy the event.
Distance Travelled
Being on the desk means I talk to Visitors. Not only do I listen to praise after praise. I also ask questions. My favourite is ‘Have you travelled far?’ And when Lesley answered ‘Newcastle upon Tyne, ‘ I knew we were winning. And on Sunday, ‘I have travelled from Kent’ reinforced our reach. Incidentally, Community Members travelled far and wide. Newcastle, Kent, Wales, Leeds and Manchester are good distances to travel to participate. Did they prosper? Indeed they did! One far travelled Community Member commented, ‘I cleared my overheads and was in profit by three on Saturday, Liz. I have never had this happen before at a MBS show.’ I corrected her by saying this is a Well-Being Show! I’ve had bookings from Scotland for next year’s Newcastle Well Being Show, We wonder if they’ll come to Lincoln, Stafford or Newark?
Pure Spirit
Just a casual glance at the attendance list will provide you with an idea of the potential for this coming show! Attending Community and Exhibitors means one thing ~ Attraction for Visitors! We do not offer a website prediction of numbers attending! If we say 50 people standing, there will be 50 exhibitors standing! Oh! Wait a second. There are only 48 names on this list; do not worry. There are some to confirm! Full House? You bet 🙂
I’m putting the talks list together today. It will be a fast-moving and varied schedule. Everything that makes The Cedric Ford Pavilion a magical MBS Show. I anticipate the whole event will be a return to the magical days of MBS. This will be a fantastic show!
